Vicky co-founded The Dragonfly Agency UK in 2011 and Dragonfly Direct Marketing South Africa in 2017. She has over 20 years’ experience in direct marketing. She has built the business based on strong relationships with clients and suppliers both in the UK and internationally. Always smiling, Vicky loves nothing more than seeing positive results that are delivered quickly and effectively.
Isla joined The Dragonfly Agency in June 2017. As Dragonfly’s UK Managing Director, she brings a wealth of marketing experience from her time in property, professional services and agency life. An exceptionally multi-talented and driven individual, she is always striving for efficiency in everything she does. Isla is a glass half full character who loves planning strategy and working with her team to deliver campaigns that achieve the best results possible.
Anthony co-founded The Dragonfly Agency with Vicky in 2011. His strengths in data shaping, multi-channel software systems and brand management have allowed Dragonfly to make huge strides in this area. Anthony is passionate about customer experience and how online marketing processes compliment the offline journey.
Chartered Accountant Clare manages The Dragonfly Agency’s finance function with great enthusiasm, passion and attention to detail. Her skills in implementing and developing financial processes and controls are remarkable, especially through her in depth tax and VAT knowledge which has helped many clients save money on their campaigns.
Cara, our Head of Customer Services, brings extensive knowledge and client relation attributes to the Dragonfly team. She thrives in the busy project management environment. Her knowledge of print, creative, production and postage solutions is second to none and she is constantly developing ideas which add value for her clients. Cara knows the industry inside and out and uses her knowledge to streamline marketing journeys with Dragonfly.

Boasting 15 years of industry experience across design, advertising and art direction, Jen, also has a wealth of hands on direct mail experience from her six years with global direct mail agency RAPP. The team can't wait to dive head first into lots of exciting projects with her.
Gary joined Dragonfly in October 2019 as Senior Account Manager. He brings with him a vast amount of print and design experience from his time working with various large print organisations. Gary always puts the customer at the heart of everything he does and loves nothing more than making the impossible possible.

With over 18 years of agency and freelance experience in design, print and production, our lofty South African; Rich, brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the Dragonfly team.
Richard Wynne Cole
Ellie is a driven individual who has been with Dragonfly since September 2018. She is enthusiastic about pulling together data with creative solutions that generate astounding results for her clients. Her fun and outgoing personality ensures that she works positively with the client and their brief, producing effective campaigns from the start.
Kirsty joins the Dragonfly client services team as Account Manager. She has a wealth of experience in post, distribution and logistics from her time in the direct mail and postal arena. She is passionate about formats and ensuring enhanced customer engagement for all her projects. She is key in providing clients with innovation and excellent customer service to ensure client campaigns are delivered on spec and run like clockwork.
Chris, Dragonfly’s Business Development Manager, brings an enviable knowledge and unbridled passion to the Dragonfly team. His depth of knowledge in print, product development, fulfilment and postal solutions allows him be proactive in improving experience for Dragonfly’s new clients. Chris uses all of these tools in a personable and consultative manner to drive improved marketing solutions utilising the leading service portfolio that Dragonfly has to offer.
Business Development Manager
Nicky passionately project manages Dragonfly’s legal and ethical integrity through the management of all compliance. A specialist in ISMS and ISO, she successfully helped the agency become ISO 27001 certified in 2016, and Cyber Essentials certified in 2018.
